Kodo millet (Telugu: Arikelu, Tamil: Varagu, Kannada: Arka, Hindi: Kodra), is an annual grain that is grown in primarily in India, but also in the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, and in West Africa where it originates.
